Cooking
Beat the egg. Add sugar. All beat
At the SAME TIME: water bath: 1. honey with baking soda (a little LONGER) stir. 2. add the egg. to stir.
Add the flour. With a spoon mix until smooth.
Bake at 180 for 20-30 minutes (use). After slitting into 2 parts. And it's possible to reduce in thickness, cut in half. And all at will. One big cake or 2 smaller. Oil cream: sour cream+sugar. Can decorate. Leave for 1-2 hours to soak at room temperature. Then in the fridge.
