Lamb stew with vegetables
Simmer cooked meat lamb with vegetables in a pot. If You prefer/-ence lamb, then this dish is for You! I gave the dish some flavor by adding hot peppers... the Recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user Tenaska called "Lamb with vegetables" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

    1 kg

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    5 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Beer

    1 cup

  • Broth

    1.5 cup

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Mutton is thawed. A little fried on both sides. Then cooked for three hours on low heat. Mutton from the back, so it must boil longer than usual time, otherwise it will be hard... the Time specified in the recipe, only cooking the lamb with vegetables. 30 minutes to prepare vegetables and meat to extinguish. 70 minutes was extinguished in the oven (in the pot ). Pot 3.5 liters. The walls are thick. The oven is pre-heated and put out at a temperature of 180 degrees

Eggplant cut into cubes, peppers - rings and all beautifully laid in a pot.

The meat is cut into cubes and spread on tomatoes.

And so twice (two rows - eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, meat). Eggplant should be top and bottom. All in two rows, and eggplant - three. Salt. Pour into a pot glass of beer. It seemed to me that the fluid is too low, and I added a half Cup of beef broth. On top put a hot pepper. And sprinkle dry mixture. Then put in the hot oven for 70 minutes at a temperature of 180 deg.

Meat with vegetables can be spread out on plates.

For decoration use different colored peppers. Onion and dill. We will cut smaller.

Meat serve with rice on the side. Decorate to your taste.
