Turkey roulade with cranberry jam
Want to sweeten myself a new year diet without the extreme? Then please visit! Dietary Turkey meat with vegetables and lingonberry jam! Easy and simple!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Celery root

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Jam

    150 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Vegetables finely chop.

Turkey meat cut in portions, repel, salt and pepper on both sides. Lubricate each roll 0.5 tsp. lingonberry jam (I - ready, from IKEA store), turn rolls, if necessary - to fasten with toothpicks, and fry in sauté pan in 2 tbsp vegetable oil for 2-4 minutes on all sides.

Preheat the oven to 160°C. add to the skillet chopped vegetables (half of the onion - leave), a little stew them with the meat, pour water with spices (or dry white wine), stew all together for 10 minutes and send in the preheated oven.

1 tbsp vegetable oil to fry the remaining onions until transparent, add the remaining lingonberry jam (I've added less - 3 tbsp). Stew 5 to 8 minutes.

Pour onion-cranberry mixture rolls continue to cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
