Zrazy with mustard
The dish is quite easy and quick to prepare. Served with boiled or fried potatoes. You can with buckwheat or barley porridge, or pasta. Can be submitted to the meatball and pickles.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    600 g

  • Bacon

    50 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Mustard

    30 g

  • Bread crumbs

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    125 g

Cooking

Cut the meat into slices diagonally across the grain. Onion cut into small cubes.

Hunk of meat to salt, spread thin layer of mustard, sprinkle with onions and bacon cut into thin noodles, season with pepper.

Roll each slice rolls, avertive sides, and secure with toothpicks. Roll in breadcrumbs and salt.

After frying the folded pancakes to the pan. Pour the remaining oil from frying, boiled water. Simmer on low heat until the meat is soft nestanet. After boiling, add sour cream, if needed salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat.
