Cooking
Soak overnight in cold water (1 liter) apples, apricots, pears and figs.
Drain the water, fruit cut into small pieces, I still washed - quality is not so hot :(
Hazelnuts are finely chopped (I finely do not like, so the nuts just in half), the rest of the dried fruit also chop.
All dried fruits and nuts to put in a bowl, add the cherry syrup and stir the filling for the dough is ready.
Milk slightly warmed, add the yeast. Pour the flour slide, make the center hole and pour the milk with yeast. Add the cinnamon, cloves, salt, sugar, mix well and put in a warm place for 20 minutes.
20 minutes later realize that I forgot to add cloves and cinnamon... add and stir - the author advises to use a mixer, but judging by the amount of my test, this is not required. Handle on their own. Roll the dough into a ball and leave for another 40 minutes.
In his spare time feeding the fluffy assistant. :))))
Thoroughly mix the dough with filling.
Spread on a greased baking sheet, shape the gingerbread and decorate with candied fruits - I do not. Bake in preheated oven (180 degrees) about 1 hour. If the top starts to burn - cover with foil.
Ready gingerbread to cool.
Cut them into slices. Bon appetit!!!
