Quick fish casserole
Tender casserole of white fish fillet, cooked in the microwave. Source - my love for fish.

Ingredients

  • Sole

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Prepare the ingredients: potatoes and peel the onion, rinse the fish and dry

Mix the fish and half of the onion. Season with salt and pepper. To put it in a form suitable for microwave.
