Ingredients

Mayonnaise

Cooking
Prepare the ingredients: potatoes and peel the onion, rinse the fish and dry
Fillet cut into small pieces
Chop onion diced
Mix the fish and half of the onion. Season with salt and pepper. To put it in a form suitable for microwave.
Potatoes to grate on a coarse grater.
In a separate bowl, mix potatoes, remaining onion, egg, pepper and Basil. To put on top of fish. The top of the pudding to grease with mayonnaise.
Cook under cover in the microwave 10 min at full power and then put under the grill for 5 min.
If you have no grill in the microwave, then cook until done in the microwave, the potatoes should be soft.
