Cooking
Prepare the filling as in recipe for spinach stuffed cabbage. Only add dried red currants and again lots of greenery and mint.
Red currants dried. Turkish kitchen could certainly use dried currants. Added to rice pilaf, traditional sweets, cakes, biscuits, pastries, even fruit compote.
Fill with water, but a little. And cook until tender.
