Lemonade
Weather this summer is not a constant...it is +15 and the wind as the autumn, the +39 in the shade and the hot wind-hot wind! In one of those terribly hot days gave me a friend lemonade...Drink and realize it's not just lemonade, but something strange... After a little coaxing))) friend was given the main ingredient of the lemonade and I am a gallop ran to her on the bed to collect it! It's Basil!

Ingredients

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    2.5 l

It's very simple!

Basil and lemon wash. Chop Basil, from the lemon squeezing the juice.

In a saucepan pour the water, put the Basil and sugar. The amount of sugar of course is a matter of taste. We love not very sweet, so is the amount of water I put 2 tablespoons of sugar, because we will be adding fresh, med in July and should keep that in mind! Bring to a boil, diminishes the fire and proverjaem 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, cover it and give the future a glass of lemonade to infuse and cool slightly. Add the honey, stir. Allow to stand for another 20-30 minutes. Strain the lemonade and put in refrigerator to completely cool down.

We lemonade very much! Quenches your thirst and leave a pleasant Basil aftertaste!
