Pie with cabbage or meat
This recipe I learned at school in class work. And use it still. And in all that time was not dissatisfied! I hope you will like!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Cabbage

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Onion

  • Lamb

    500 g

Saute the onions and cabbage (to taste). Boil 4 eggs and crumble in the cooled cabbage.

Flour to RUB with margarine. Add salt, sugar, yogurt and slaked soda. Knead the dough. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out 2 of the reservoir with a diameter of 33-35 cm + border height. 1 layer laid on the bottom of the form (diameter 33-35 cm), greased with margarine. Put the stuffing. Cover with the second layer and sasobit region. Pierce in several places with a fork the top layer.

Bake at 180-190* 40 minutes. Grease or sweet water, for 5 minutes until cooked, egg. Kale can replace the meat: 0.5 kg lean lamb (because she quickly prepared) finely chop with a knife (important: not through a meat grinder!!) + 0.5 kg finely chopped onion. Vinegar, salt, pepper - to taste.
