Cooking
Boil potatoes in their skins for 20-25 minutes until tender.
Walnuts to chop, cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
Potatoes cool, peel, mash. Add the eggs, cheese, mayonnaise, flour, nuts. Salt, pepper, all mix well.
From the resulting mass to form small "sausages", then roll into a "snail". Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side.
