A dish consisting of fish, seafood cocktail sauce with the addition of caviar. Mmmm... delicious!!! For the contest "give me tonight".

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    800 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Sesame

  • Flour

  • Herring

    100 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Caviar

  • Spices

  • Lettuce

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Fillet of salmon cut at an angle of 45*. Sprinkle with lemon juice + spices.

Dip fish strips in flour (semolina), then in egg, then in sesame seeds. Fry in vegetable oil.

Meanwhile in another pan heat the oil with the crushed garlic. Spread seafood cocktail and warmed a couple of minutes.

Sprinkle seafood with starch and gradually pour in the cream, potseluem. Brought to thick. Our seafood cocktail sauce is ready!

On a plate put lettuce or Chinese cabbage. In the center put a Cup or another suitable container of small size.

Around the container put fish stripes as well.
