Description
Once gave my mother my husband's meatballs, they are very much liked him. Especially the sauce. He had prepared them for the first time, said, "this is Delicious, but you should try!" I was going for. Made on Saturday, my husband said, "your Mother hedgehogs - the standard, and yours is PERFECTION!!"

Cooking
Grind meat in a blender (I had pork, beef and ostrich meat). There also added grated on a coarse grater carrots, finely-chopped onion. And rice, after adding rice 150 ml boiling water and leaving it for 10 min. the Rice along with the water added. Customizable hedgehogs.
Fry them
Mix sour cream and spices. I only had 1 tbsp of sour cream, I added 150 ml of cream and 150 ml of water.
Roasted hedgehogs...
... cover with the sauce. Cover with a lid and maaaaaaalenikii fire stew for 40 minutes. Nice!
