Cooking
Take the products.
Pumpkin flesh cut out, cut into pieces, mix with the mixture of salt, pepper and oregano, spread on a baking sheet, sprinkle with olive oil and bake in the oven for 35 minutes. Then blend them into a puree.
Finely chop the onion and celery, fry in vegetable oil until transparent, add bacon bits, garlic, chili, oregano and cinnamon stick.
Add the rice, mix well and gradually introduce the broth, while constantly stir.
After 20 minutes add the pumpkin and grated cheese, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
