Vegetable cake-pop
Unusual and easy to make dessert that will delight family and guests in the post. Fragrant pineapple crumb goes well with light cream, and all this is complemented by a thin layer of dark chocolate and coconut. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Syrup pineapple

    100 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Pineapple

    100 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Coconut shavings

Cooking

The syrup from under the pineapple to mix with sunflower oil

Add sugar, baking powder, flour. Get a thick dough

Put the dough in shape and bake until dry toothpick, about 20 minutes at 175 degrees. Cool completely and grind in a blender

Vegetable cream mixed with water, add sugar, bring to boil, pour a thin trickle of starch, diluted in a small amount of water. Again bring to a boil and cool

In the cooled cream add the finely chopped pineapple, mix all crumb

The resulting balls pour the melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with coconut. Bon appetit!
