Fish rolls
For those who are respectful to any fish - delicious fish rolls.

Ingredients

  • Pollock

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Dill

Pollock fillets salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Onions coarsely cut.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil. Add frozen mushrooms and fry until cooked mushrooms.

Eggs and cheese to RUB on a grater. Add the finely chopped dill and fried onions and mushrooms. Salt. Mix well.

The fillets spread the stuffing and roll rolls. The rolls I've been placed in molds (the thinner the fillet, the more accurately follows the contour of the shape).

Sprinkle with grated cheese and dill. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
