Muffins with paprika, olives and cheese
Wonderful Easter (and not only!) dish - near the colored eggs will look awesome!

Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Adyghe cheese

  • Green olives

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    7 Tbsp

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Milk

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

To prepare the ingredients in accordance with the list.

Paprika (bell pepper) cut into fairly large cubes (about 1,5x1,5 cm). Olives cut into rings, and divided each into 3 parts. Hard cheese grate on a coarse grater. Adyghe cheese cut into cubes (1x1 cm)

Paprika fry in 2 tablespoons oil for 10 minutes over medium heat. The main thing - do not overdo it pepper should not be too soft. Add pepper, salt.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, add the remains of the vegetable oil and milk or dry white wine. Then gradually add flour mixed with baking powder.

Add the grated and sliced cheeses, peppers and olives at the end. The mixture should be quite thick, like a cupcake.

Preheat the oven to 180 C. Pour the batter in small round shapes, if the shape with Teflon coating, it does not greasable, if not, lubricate the form of oil.

Put in oven and bake for 40 minutes. Pulling out of the oven, leave the cake in the form for 10 minutes, then remove from the mold. Muffins are eaten cold and warm, but I prefer these muffins hot, so cooled muffins before use, I recommend a little warm up in the microwave.
