Yeast fritters choux pastry
Thought long to post this recipe or not, the competition just exploded like a firework of pancakes, and then as always decided pancakes is never too much!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Semolina

    40 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Yogurt

    125 ml

  • Water

    125 ml

  • Yeast

    4 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece
