Knead the minced meat
In a pan fry the mushrooms with finely chopped onions for toppings, and after it all cools
On a Board roll out the ground beef, sprinkling it with breadcrumbs
In the middle put the filling (refried with onions and mushrooms)
Formed patties
In a pan pour a little sunflower oil and fry the patties for 15 minutes. Spread on a plate, add the garnish, decorate and serve. Bon appetit.
