Ingredients

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Thyme

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Dry white wine

    4 Tbsp

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Mint

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Onion, garlic and thyme finely cut, simmer in olive oil for 5 minutes

add the peas, finely chopped potatoes, wine, sea salt,sugar - mix. After 5 minutes pour the chicken broth and boil with a small boil 15-20 minutes.
