Scrambled eggs with mushrooms rustic
What do you have for Sunday Breakfast?? Not yet invented? AND WE HAVE EGGS!!! Treat you and your family a hearty and beautiful dish!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    8 piece

  • Mushrooms

    350 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Mushrooms (I used mushrooms) and finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes.

Add the peas and another 3-5 min. warm all over medium heat.

Meanwhile, RUB the eggs with salt and flour

Gently stirring, gradually pour in the milk

The resulting mixture pour the mushrooms and peas and fry the omelette on low heat, covered for about 10 min. the Pan thus it is necessary to periodically shake the mass was heated evenly.
