Delicious, flavorful pancakes! My family and I love all cakes with coconut.

Ingredients

  • Coconut milk

    400 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    40 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Coconut shavings

    20 g

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

  • Flour

    380 g

In a bowl, poured water, poured sugar, yeast and 80 g of flour. Mixed and in a warm place gave time for the yeast to ferment.
