Cake with berry-cream filling
Baked this cake for my husband on Valentine's day. Delicious! Beautiful and festive! Want to buy You! Go!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Butter

    90 g

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Water

    40 ml

  • Almonds

    25 g

  • Assorted berries

    250 g

  • Yolk egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flavor

    1 tsp

Cooking

Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar. Stir until crumbs. Add water and knead the dough.

Wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Cut off 1/4 of the dough, wrap in foil and again put into the refrigerator.

Prepared baking dish well with butter. I have a form heart 25cm, height 4cm.

Spread the dough into shape and roll out across the surface, forming bumpers.

In a separate bowl, beat with a mixer yolks with sugar. White.

It's time for that piece of dough that we left in the fridge. Roll out on a Board and cut with cookie cutter hearts

Spread the hearts on the cream. Bake in preheated oven at 180gr. 40 minutes. It all depends on your oven! A fully cooled pie cut into pieces.
