Vegetable soup with noodles
Most importantly for the soup to whet the appetite. I hope I will succeed. Light soup without the contents and very quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Roots

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Vermicelli

    4 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

While boiling water in a pot (about 1.8 liters), vegetables wash, peel and chop.

In boiling water drop large sliced vegetables (can be strips, as you like). Bring to a boil. Add the vermicelli, Bay leaf, a seasoning.

Once the vegetables are ready, add green onions, sunflower oil. Cover with a lid and set aside off the heat for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with herbs and the soup is ready! Bon appetit!
