Cheese cake with glazed pumpkin
Delicious cupcake with cheese flavor! And filling, frosted pumpkin.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    5 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Saffron

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Dark chocolate

    40 g

  • Berry

1. Prepare a pumpkin filling. Rinse the pumpkin with water and dry. To remove the skin, seeds and finely dice.

2. Heat 1 tbsp butter and fry the pumpkin. Add 2 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, stir for 1-2 minutes and then on low heat.

3. In a bowl sift the flour, add semolina, vanilla sugar, salt, baking powder and a little saffron.

4. Soft butter vzbit with sugar (1 tablespoon), using a mixer. Still whisking, to enter the eggs one by one. RUB on a small grater cheese and add the rest, mix well. Combine the two mixtures (dry and oil) and add the milk, mix well. It turns out a lot like pancakes.

5. To prepare the mold for the cupcake. Grease lightly with oil. Fill mold with 1/2 of the dough.

6. Then spread the pumpkin

7. Add remaining dough on top to close the pumpkin. Put the mold with the dough in a preheated 180°C oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes, until Golden brown. Check on a dry match.

8. The finished cake remove from oven and allow to cool. Then remove from the molds, decorate with melted chocolate and serve!
