Description
Very light and easy to prepare bread without yeast, the idea came to me from our great uncle Vadim, for which he thanks a lot.

Cooking
In kefir add soda, stir. The yogurt starts to bubble.
Add the egg, salt, mix well. Pour a Cup of flour and 1/2st. flakes, mix well
Add 2 more cups flour, mix well. The dough will be sticky.
Put on parchment dough (can be divided into 2 parts-get 2 small loaf), sprinkle lightly with flour and lightly prilepov hands to shape the loaf.
Bake in a preheated oven 200C t, 60 minutes.
