This is an original dish from Indian cuisine. Like pasties, but smaller. In India love to use a lot of spices and herbs to dishes. So samosas are different from the pasties their flavours and content.

Not to be unfounded, demonstrate used spices.
For the filling, all products take a little. Approximately 50 g of each kind of products. Cut all ingredients as small as possible. All together put in a pan with vegetable oil and fry. Add in the seasoning process. Already preparing the filling, you will feel the aroma of this dish! Amazing!
