Shortbread cookies
Shortbread for tea. Just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    0.5 cup

  • Potato starch

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 pack

Cooking

Softened butter to mix with sugar powder and vanilla sugar beat with a mixer 5 minutes.

Add the sunflower oil and whisk again 5 min.

Add krochmal and a pinch of salt (preferably extra), and again beat with a mixer 3 minutes.

Add a Cup of flour and beat with a mixer until smooth.

Add in another Cup of flour and stir with a spoon.

Pour the remaining flour on a silicone Mat or on the table and knead the dough by hand.

Ready the dough is loaded into the extruder and extruded on a pre-laid parchment baking sheet (I use parchment siliconized). Optionally, you can decorate the biscuits with jam, raisins, nuts or coconut. This time I baked without ornaments. Bake at 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes.

As the cookies baked without decorations, I decided to sprinkle powdered sugar (this should be done while it's still hot). Get here are the cookies.
