Cooking
First separately on a dry pan fry the slices of bacon. Fat I have a home pig each year grow itself.
Choose the fat. The bacon fat is not needed for the omelet. Bacon... Fried... My family adores him as I do.
Tomatoes cut into circles. Tomatoes I do it every year she is grown. Different kinds and calibers.
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides of the tomatoes and add to fat.
Pour on top of omletes ground: beat the Eggs with the salt and spices to taste (I have Italian herbs), add milk and herbs (I dill). Eggs also homemade, from their own chickens...
Cover and fry on medium heat until tender.
Omelet turns out very gentle and bright.
It is a hearty and very tasty.
That's how I remember my childhood holidays at grandma's... She always cooked for me all the good stuff. Remember when she baked, it was about the kids from across the street... Grandmother anymore. But I will always remember her, especially when I cook her recipes... This is my favorite omelet. In tomato season I always cook it. Maybe you will also like it, who knows...
