Well, not quite the usual soup and second I have fed, and now the same unusual cakes. The cake is soft, delicate, moderately sweet and VERY rich at the expense of the buckwheat flakes from "Mistral". They are not felt, but add a very subtle, unique flavor. By the way, my men did not understand that there buckwheat.

Cooking
Our ingredients are.
Flakes pour boiling water, leave for 5 minutes and allow to cool.
While our cereal rises, we break the chocolate and cut the butter into pieces. Place in a bowl and melt in the microwave or in any convenient way, until a homogeneous mass. Give too cool.
Now whisk eggs with sugar until dense foam and pour in chocolate, mix well. Put the cereal and whisk for 1-2 minutes.
Pour into flour, mix with vanilla and baking powder, gently stir. The form to lay baking paper, pour back the dough.
Bake at t= 170 approximately 50 minutes ( until dry matches ) allow to cool completely in the form.
Decorate at Your discretion.
