Welcome aboard! Dumplings or knedle - dish Czech, German, Austrian cuisine. Cooks can't decide exactly where was first invented dumplings and knedli. Cook them with toppings, meat, vegetables and even sweet. Knedli usually served with gravy or melted butter. The Germans have devoted to this dish a few ballads and paintings and world-famous dish has got thanks to the indisputable product of the good soldier Schweik. My Knidle was very tender and tasty, with sweet and sour filling and a cinnamon flavor! A lovely Breakfast or dessert.

Cooking
In warm milk to dissolve a tablespoon of sugar and yeast.
In a bowl sift the flour, make a hole there to pour 30g of melted butter, egg yolk, salt, and yeast with milk.
Gently knead the dough. Leave it to rise for an hour.
When the dough is ready divide it into 10 parts.
In quince jam add cinnamon Haas TM and mix well.
From the dough make small cakes in the middle put a teaspoon of jam with cinnamon.
The dough over the edges to gather and blind in the middle. In General, try to make balls. leave them to rise for another 20 minutes.
Knedli boil, but that water did not cover them. Cook for 6 minutes on each side. When cooked, they increase in volume.
Knedli will serve with powdered sugar TM Haas, melted butter and poppy seeds. Poppy pour boiling water and allow to rot for 20 minutes. Then drain the water and grind the poppy seeds in a mortar with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
