Description
Saw this recipe in an English cookery programme and could not calm down until cooked. The burgers are unusual and delicious. Can serve with sour cream, ketchup, or use for filling burgers. To us it was delicious with baked vegetables, the link to the recipe below.

Cooking
Onions and garlic cut into small cubes and lightly fry.
Peel the potatoes and grate on a coarse grater.
In potatoes add a little salt, pepper, spices and egg. Stir and add fried onion with garlic.
Blood sausage grind with a fork.
Add the sausage to the potato starch and flour, mix well.
With a spoon spread the mass into the hot oil. Fry patties in a pan on both sides over medium heat until Golden brown. Only when the lower part of a good fry, should turn.
The cutlets spread on a paper towel. Ready meatballs can be put into a preheated oven to 180C for 5-7min.
