Cooking
I take brown bread for the balls. The flesh is breaking into pieces, brown don't use. Put the bread in a bowl and pour warm milk for 4 minutes.
Add the minced meat, grated garlic, salt and ground coriander. Stir well.
Pour the chopped dill and grated cheese (small grater). Take half of cheese balls, the other half of the cheese to go Golden brown. Mix with your hands until smooth.
