Cooking
In 80 ml of warm water to dissolve the honey, add the yeast and 80-90 grams of flour. Mix well and leave for 10-15 minutes in warm. Don't cover.
Then transfer to a large bowl. Add remaining warm water, cereal, flax seeds and salt. Mix thoroughly.
