Yeast cake
This wonderful cupcake my mom does. Interesting in cooking, from a simple set of products, moderately sweet and very homely, it is well suited for a family tea party.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add salt and flour

Knead the dough

Put in a saucepan with warm water (about 2-2. 5 liters) and leave in a warm place

Separately beat the eggs with the white sugar, add vanilla and soft butter. Should get a homogeneous lush mass

The dough increased in volume two times. To get out of the water and knead it

Add to the dough butter-egg mixture and mix again. The dough should be smooth and to keep up with the dishes. Add raisins (if desired, and nuts)

Put the dough in the shape of approximately one-half its height. Cover with a cloth and leave to rise until about 3/4 of the height of the form. Bake at 175 degrees for about 40 minutes
