Baked mackerel and potatoes in the oven
This is my debut on your favorite website. The recipe I found on another site, the author is Lyudmila. It's so delicious that I wanted to share with you. The recipe is very simple. If you pre-prepare the ingredients, it does speed up the process. It turns delicate fish combined with potatoes and peppers. In this recipe I like that everyone can add something of their own.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    3 piece

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

It's my ingredients. In the original recipe instead of sour cream is mayonnaise. This, of course, tasty, but very greasy, as they are a mackerel is a very oily fish. So I replaced it with sour cream, and you make your choice.

Cut potatoes in small pieces

Mackerel fillet is separated from skin and bones. Cut.

Onion cut into half rings or whatever you like.

Fish, potatoes, onion mix. Add sour cream (or mayonnaise), salt and pepper. You can add your favorite spices. I have enough of a mixture of peppers. Mix everything together and spread in a baking dish.

Put into the oven for 45 - 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Be guided by your oven. Time may need a little more.
