Pea porridge-buckwheat
It's not a garnish, but a real self-sustaining mess. Even for lunch, even for dinner. It is not necessary either cutlets or sausages - kasha is delicious by itself.

Ingredients

  • Peas

    1 cup

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Fat

    50 g

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Water

    3 cup

Cooking

Put on the fire a pot of water and when starts boiling, add washed peas.

Cook the peas until soft and add chopped into small pieces the potatoes and preheated the pan buckwheat.

Stir from time to time. Cook until cooked ingredients. Sprinkle with salt and grind all until smooth. Add milk. You can make a thick porridge, not very like.

In the end, in the ready porridge add fried in bacon and onions. Well and to add oil (porridge butter will not spoil). Stir and serve.
