Description

Pilaf Japanese a La
Chahan fried rice also called pilaf in Japanese. Variants of this dish are many. Chahan fried rice can be prepared with meat, vegetables and seafood (or a combination). My recipe is in any case no claim to authenticity, and therefore called "A La chahan fried rice".

Cooking

step-0
For this dish you must use short-grain rice. I decided to try to cook with rice from the Kuban Mistral. Wash rice until transparent and boil until tender. You can use "yesterday's" Fig.
step-1
Pork wash, dry, cut into long strips and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown, remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
step-2
Beat eggs with a whisk with 2 tbsp of soy sauce. Bake the pancakes, let them cool and cut into long strips.
step-3
Pepper cut into strips, onion half-rings. Fry in vegetable oil.
step-4
Ham also cut into strips (I used pork chops).
step-5
Next, assemble the dish. In the fried vegetables, put meat, rice, ham and scrambled eggs. Add the remaining soy sauce, gently stir.
