Vegetable potato cheesecake
A lean dough is a potato broth, stuffing made from potatoes with "imitation mushrooms"

Ingredients

  • The broth

    300 ml

  • Mashed potatoes

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

For the filling, saute onions in butter, add the soy sauce "Kikkoman" and mushroom seasoning. "Mushroom seasoning" is the ground seeds of the fenugreek plant which in dried form have a smell of mushrooms. You can replace the real ground dry mushrooms and add to stuffing fried mushrooms. I have mushrooms today was not at hand, so do the "imitation"

Add the remaining ingredients for the dough, knead the dough

Potato filling we have in the pot is still warm, put it on the bowl with the dough, so that the heat helped the dough, Leave for 1-1,5 hours

After the dough came, obtinem it, adding flour if necessary, and preparing the cheesecake, put filling in them. Allow to stand to rise for another 30 minutes in the oven. Bake until ready.
