Cooking
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Flour, cocoa, baking powder, cane sugar. Enter the melted butter, egg. Coffee pour boiling water, add to the resulting mass. Mix well.
The mixture should be not very tight.
Dough with wet hands to roll small balls.
Put the balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Of this number ingredients I got 9 pieces.
Gently flatten the balls. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180-200 gr.
Meanwhile, make caramel: In a saucepan with a thick bottom to mix the condensed milk and butter. Cook on slow fire for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When the cookie is ready, apply the caramel.
To prepare the marshmallows. Such a marshmallow as pictured, I divided with a sharp knife into 4 parts.
Spread the marshmallows over the caramel. And again put in the oven for 1-2 minutes!
Decorate with grated chocolate.
