Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Corn starch

    150 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Salt

Chop the butter into pieces and place in a warm place to soften. separate the yolks from the whites /keep 4 protein /. with a mixer beat the butter with half dose of sugar until fluffy cream. continuing to whisk, add the 6 egg yolks. add the yogurt and lemon zest, mix well.
