Saffron bread
Hearty bread turns out crispy, tender, rich crumb taste with subtle floral notes. If molded in plate rolls, you can take with you for a snack. How long does bread, I can't say, because we have long delayed.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Saffron

    0.333 tsp

  • Cardamom

    0.333 tsp

  • Almonds

    1 handful

  • Raisins

    1 handful

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1 cup

The ingredients required for the preparation of saffron bread. Bitter almonds can replace the apricot pit. Nuts and raisins rinse with warm water and dry.

Dissolve yeast in warm water (0.5 stack.). Saffron diluted in hot water (0.5 stack.), and allow to cool.

In capacity for kneading the dough (I have a pot of 5 liters) mix the prepared yeast and saffron. Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce "Kikkoman" sweet.

Add 3 tbsp. of sunflower oil. Mix well.

Grind the nut smaller (I do it direct with skin). Mix together sugar, flour, cardamom, raisins, chopped walnut.

Add dry mixture to the main mixture.

Knead the dough. Cover and leave in a warm place to rise.

After lifting the dough slightly to press down with your hands, greased with a little oil. Bread formed into round or oval shape.

Spread on a greased baking sheet and give a time for 20-25 minutes. Because of my living conditions I have had bread mold portions, because was afraid that will not have time to grilled.

Bake in the heated oven until ready.

Ready bread sprinkle with water and cover with a towel.
