Cooking
Rice, pour 1.5 cups of cold water, bring to boil, cover and cook until tender. Cool. Add in the rice to taste chopped cilantro.
Mango cut into small dice. In a bowl put the rice, mango, bell pepper, salt, pepper, pour the lemon juice, stir and put into the fridge for an hour.
