Flounder in a mustard marinade with sauce
A stunning recipe from Yulia Vysotskaya was long waiting in my cookbook and finally the stars aligned!

Ingredients

  • Flounder

    2 piece

  • Mustard

    4 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.66 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • The processed cheese

    1 piece

It is my 2 fish with a total weight of 1100 grams.

Of mustard with seeds, wine vinegar, vegetable oil, pepper and salt to prepare the marinade. I reduced the amount of ingredients for the marinade 1/3 because my KK is not specified the weight of the fish.

Resulting mixture to coat the fish and leave to marinate for 30 - 40 minutes.

The original recipe flounder need to roast in a pan along with the onion rings. I baked the fish in a convection oven at t 210 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

Cream /I 10%/ warm, not boiling and dissolve them in shredded melted cheese.

The fish turned out just amazing! Juicy, tender, with a very pleasant and interesting, thanks to the marinade flavor.

Prepared according to this recipe flounder goes well with potato gnocchi. A soft and velvety cheese cream sauce miraculously combined the fish with the garnish! Bon appetit!
