Spicy-juicy Turkey breast in a wok
Large enough but very juicy slices of Turkey breast, braised in a spicy sauce with vegetables. Served with egg noodles. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Breast of Turkey

    850 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Yellow bell pepper

    2 piece

  • Daikon

    1 piece

  • Sichuan pepper

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Syrup berry

    50 ml

  • Cognac

    3 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Noodles

    1 pack

Cooking

Wash and peel the vegetables. Wash the mushrooms. Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash and dry fillets. Cut Turkey breast fillet into pieces the size as in the photo.

In a wok or another pot, heat olive oil. Lay out the Turkey pieces and fry on strong fire from all sides.

Add sesame oil, soy sauce, cherry syrup, brandy, pepper and rice vinegar.

Cook over high heat, stirring constantly.

Add to the pan mushrooms. Mix well.

Add chopped onion, celery and pepper. Mix well.

Add the daikon to the pan, cut into strips.

Add shredded carrots. Stirring occasionally simmer until the desired softness of carrots.

Boil egg noodles according to package instructions, or prepare any garnish as desired. Mix the noodles with the contents of the pan, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
