Gratin of cauliflower
A light, delicious summer side dish or a separate dish for lovers of cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    500 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

  • Oregano

  • Salt
