  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Brussels sprouts

    12 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    4 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Prunes

    6 piece

  • Juice

    125 ml

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Ice

    3 cup
