Ravioli stuffed with cheese, spinach and egg
Ravioli from a choux pastry nice variety to Your menu.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Spinach

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cheese

To prepare the filling, I used frozen mix of spinach, sorrel, dill and parsley.

Prepare choux pastry. To do this, sift the flour and mix with a large spoon with 1/2 Cup of boiling water, add a pinch of salt, sugar and vegetable oil. Cover with film and allow to rest 30 minutes to 1 hour.
