Description
To prepare beef on the grill, I used the Forester grill for meat. Meat cooked in one piece was very tender and juicy. Forester and seasoning of the meat made it delicious and flavorful.

Cooking
1. Spices mixed with oil and lemon juice.
2. It is good to marinate meat in spices, place in a bag and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Pass the meat on the grill. Fry on the grill on the embers for about 20 minutes on each side. If you want the meat more cooked, increase the cooking time.
4. For the sauce parsley. garlic and chilli chop, then pour the oil and vinegar. Add salt to taste.
5. Serve meat with sauce.
