Open pies with carrots
Cooking with children is a pleasure! Today my son and I baked wonderful pies with carrots. And a hearty, healthy and delicious food! Feed carrots make those pies even tastier.

Ingredients

  • Water

    160 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.3 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    375 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

1. In warm water to dissolve the sugar, salt, put the yeast. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.

2. Add the mayonnaise. Stir well with a whisk. Mayonnaise in advance remove from the refrigerator, it needs to be warm!

3. Add the flour, knead the dough well. Leave for an hour in a warm place to rise.

4. Peel the carrot, chop on a fine grater. Put out on the water (or fry in vegetable oil) until soft. Add the milk, bring to readiness. If the carrots are not very sweet, you can cool the filling and add sugar. We have the carrots were very sweet.

5. Foil to make the molds in the form of carrots. We needed 7 pieces.
