Milky caramel cupcake
What could be nicer than a warm sweet piece of fragrant cake with a Cup of tea or coffee? Of course it's the cakes that cooked with his own hands. Cupcake cooked in the scalded milk with the addition of oat bran. The delicious aroma of cinnamon and the sweet taste of the caramel sauce gives the cake a unique taste.

First prepare the caramel sauce: in a saucepan pour the sugar (4 tbsp) and cook until brown, then add butter, stir until it dissolves. turn off the gas and add the cream, if formed lumps to break them up by using mixer. Cool the sauce to thickens.

Oat bran pour melted milk.

Beat the whites with 2 tablespoons sugar until stiff. The yolks a little stir until smooth. Mix whites with yolks.
